OUR COMPANY STRUCTURE

BEFORE YOU APPLY

EMMYDEVEAUX is excited to announce that we are expanding and looking to grow our family. If you are not familiar with the brand we
encourage you to educate yourself prior to applying. We are seeking highly ambitious, eager, talented, and assertive leaders to join the team. You will learn all aspects of our business so that whether you stay with us or not, you are constantly growing and learning, one of the many values of our Founder Emily Salsbury-Deveaux.

Once you have applied and have been shortlisted, you will be provided with the contact information for people who have previously worked for Emily. They will be able to help manage your expectations of what it is like to work in an environment that Emily has built.

Rebecca Scammell, who is now her business partner, first started work part-time as a Junior Consultant for Emily at the University of Alberta five years ago. The two have worked together ever since and in 2019 Rebecca was made partner. This shows the potential of hard work and determination.

Emily believes in you, first and foremost. Her happiness is in your growth and success, not the business. She knows the business will be successful if we all feel happy and grateful to be there every day.

Her passion for being in retail has led to a highly successful 20 years in business. She barely graduated high-school and never really understood how smart she was until she applied the learning to one specific subject...retail. The complexity of this industry will mean that your opportunities are always endless, even in the digital age. Consumers will always buy products, but consumers change.

EMMYDEVEAUX was created in response to this shift in the industry.

We encourage you to apply for our positions if you have an intense desire for constant growth and learning. We can handle the rest.
