What is the return policy?

Regular in stock merchandise is eligible for return online or in store within 15 days of the the date received. We offer exchanges and store credit up to 30 days from when it was received.
Are any purchases final sale?

Any purchase made on sale is final sale. This includes any item from our 30% off one item sale.

Pre-ordered basics are also final sale.

Hats, bags, bodysuits are final sale.
When will I get my order?

We aim to ship your order within two days of receiving the product and we ship primarily Canada Post which is 3-7 business days depending how far you are from Kelowna, Canada which is where we dispatch orders from.
How much does shipping cost?

There is no cost to ship or return.

WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

Right now our focus is on the Canadian market and we don't ship to other countries. We highly encourage you to come visit us in Kelowna, Canada. Wine country and a popular vacation hotspot in Canada only 3 hours to the rocky mountains.
Where are your products manufactured?

We work with amazing teams in China that understand our sewing techniques and obsession with fabric. We have worked with our same core manufacturing team for over 8 years.

What is FUNDIT?

FUNDIT was first introduced in 2018 and is EMMYDEVEAUX's pre-order crowdfunding program, designed to measure demand before a product enters production. Customers reserve their item in advance, and if the minimum production quantity isn't reached, they receive a full refund.

To date, FUNDIT has generated more than $5 million in sales while helping EMMYDEVEAUX produce the products customers actually want. By manufacturing based on proven demand rather than forecasts, we reduce overproduction and waste.

FUNDIT is a cornerstone of EMMYDEVEAUX's commitment to sustainability, supporting our circular ecosystem through both Pre-Retail and Post-Retail initiatives.
WHAT IS BUYBACK?

BUYBACK was first introduced by EMMYDEVEAUX in 2020 as a resale program designed to extend the life of our garments while rewarding customers for returning pieces they no longer wear. Customers submit their gently used EMMYDEVEAUX clothing for evaluation and, if accepted, receive an offer of 30–50% of the original retail value in the form of an EMMYDEVEAUX gift card.

Every accepted garment is professionally cleaned, inspected, and prepared for resale before being released on the 10th of each month through the EMMYDEVEAUX website.

Since its introduction, BUYBACK has generated more than $250,000 in resale revenue, demonstrating strong customer demand for authenticated pre-owned EMMYDEVEAUX pieces.

BUYBACK is a key part of EMMYDEVEAUX's circular ecosystem, reducing textile waste, extending the life of our garments, and making the brand accessible to new customers while rewarding the loyalty of existing ones.
