Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Return Costs
We include the cost of shipping and returns for our products in Canada.
Return Details
We offer a full refund for returns requested within 15 days of delivery through our online return portal and exchanges/store credit up to 30 days.
Sale items are final sale.
FUNDIT items can be exchanged for different size or store credit can be issued.
BUYBACK purchased items can be re-submitted to buyback.
Accessories are final sale.
Shipping Time Estimates
In stock items ship the same or next business day from Kelowna and take from 2-6 business days depending on the distance.
We do not currently ship outside of Canada.
We primarily use Canada Post or UPS for shipping orders.

Sizing
Our pieces are designed using high-quality stretch fabrics that move with your body, which means traditional size charts don’t always tell the full story.
Our Founder & Designer has spent years refining the fit to ensure EMMYDEVEAUX pieces fit true to size and consistently across our collections. As a general reference, our apparel sizing is comparable to lululemon, while our footwear fits similarly to ALDO.

Care & Washing
Our clothes are made to be worn and washed. They are not delicate.
Wash in cold water on a quick wash cycle using a small amount of detergent. We recommend Tide Cold Water Liquid. Remove promptly and hang to dry.
Skip the delicate cycle, hand washing and fabric softener. The goal is simple: get it in, get it clean and get it out.
For jackets, turn them inside out and fasten all buttons and zippers before washing to help protect the hardware.
We do not recommend dry cleaning any EMMYDEVEAUX pieces. Washing in cold water and hanging to dry is our preferred care method.

Our Founder & Designer is obsessive about finding fabrics that feel incredible, perform beautifully and stand up to real life. We primarily use thoughtfully selected synthetic blends for their stretch, breathability, durability and ability to hold their shape wear after wear.
Every fabric is chosen with a purpose: to create hardworking clothes that look good, feel good and last.
