What items do you take in the BUYBACK Program
We accept jackets, specialty items, and gently worn basics/shoes.
What is the BUYBACK rate?
We use your existing purchasing information to figure out what you paid for the item then will offer 20-40% of that amount in an EMMYDEVEAUX Buyback Credit. (Used like a Gift Card on our site)
How long is the process?
Our BUYBACK Program is a few steps
1. We receive your submission
2. We make an offer
3. You accept
4. We provide a label
5. We issue the credit
We are trying to get the process streamlined to be down to less than 10 days.
When can we shop BUYBACK items?
Items will be posted on the 9th of each month and go on sale on the 10th at 10am PST. Please note, items are not on hold because they are in your cart. Check out quickly to ensure you get the item.
