WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT FUNDIT
HOW DOES FUNDIT WORK?
You will essentially be participating in a pre-order of the product. You order it and then if we reach the desired amount (15-20 is typical) then the item goes directly into production. If it isn't funded, you will receive your money back!
Gift cards cannot be used on FUNDIT items as the money is what allows the item to go into production.
HOW LONG IS A FUNDIT CAMPAIGN?
Campaigns vary in length, some are short like our annual August campaign and December 15th event but otherwise, they typically run 2-5 days. It will say on the FUNDIT product when the campaign ends.
WHAT IF THE SIZE DOESN'T FIT? CAN I GET A REFUND?
We always order a few extra for size exchanges or you will be issued a store credit if the item doesn’t work for you. FUNDIT items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY FUNDIT ITEM?
Our pieces are very high quality, some can take longer than others to produce. You can expect your product in approximately 6-10 weeks. If this is our annual December FUNDIT, the timeline is 10 weeks due to holidays taken by our manufacturers. Timelines are subject to change due to our high design standards.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?
